It's nice that you have landed with us. We are a young team from Ulm and the surrounding area. Most of us have just graduated or are still studying. As an interdisciplinary team, we are dynamic and can adapt flexibly to the market and the needs of our guests. Unlike other groups in the hotel market, we are 100% privately run, which means we don't have to pay out dividends or anything like that to shareholders. This allows us to offer better value for money for our guests. Our focus is on short-term rentals of furnished and fully equipped rooms in Ulm. From the initial repair/refurbishment, to interior design and daily repair/cleaning, everything is in our hands. Our aim is to offer our guests the best possible stay in a flat - whether travelling for business or pleasure, for a few days or several weeks, with friends or family. We have the right accommodation for your trip and look forward to welcoming you.
